NRG GLOBAL MAKE Displacer type level switches offers the industrial user a wide choice of alarm and control configuration. DLS works on a simple buoyancy principle and is well suited for simple or complex applications, such as forming surging liquids or agitated fluids, and usually costs less than other types of level switches. CONSTRUCTION & OPERATION Operation is based on simple buoyancy principle. As the liquid level rises and progressively immerses the displacer elements, the effective weight suspended on the spring reduces and the consequent length of the spring change is used to provide magnet movement and operate the switch. The spring movement causes the magnetic sleeve to attract a pivoted magnet actuating a switch mechanism located outside the barrier tube. Built-in limit stops, prevent over stroking under level surge conditions. The reflex level gauge is used for the measurement of liquid level for high pressure or high temperature or toxic liquid storage tanks. The reflex level gauge has a single prism glass mounted on one side of the chamber and uses the basic optical principles of light reflection to upgrade the expression of the liquid level in the process tank. In brief, when the light strikes the area of glass covered by the liquid is allow to pass to the interior of the gauge so that the area appears dark (black). Flow Rotameter

Metal Variable Area Type Flow Meter are designed to measure flow rate of liquids and gases under critical conditions. It consists of a tapered metal tube, an indicating assembly and float. A magnet encapsulated in float couples with rotating magnets are connected to an indicating pointer. Henceforth, the movement of the float is accurately indicated in terms of flowrate. They are intended for application where high pressure, temperature or corrosive conditions preclude the use of conventional glass tube. These are all Metal Variable Area Type Flow meter design to measure flow rate of Liquids & Gases under critical conditions. It consists of a tapered metal tube, an indicating assembly and a float. A magnet encapsulates in float couples with rotating magnets connected to an indicating pointer, thus the movement of the float, is accurately indicated in terms of flow rate. 2. Working Principle When fluid or gas flows through a taper tube containing a float, a pressure difference of P1 and P2 is created between upper and lower side of the float. The float moves upwards by a force obtained by multiplying the pressure differential by the maximum cross-sectional area of the float. Based on Bemoulli's theorem, the principle mentioned above can be theoretically expressed as follows. Due to taper tube, as the float moves upwards, the fluid passing area increases as a result of which the differential pressure decreases. Upward movement of float stops when the dead load is dynamically balanced by the differential pressure. Tapering of metering tube is so designed that the vertical movement of the float becomes linearly proportional to the rate of flow and the scale is provided to read the position of the float, thus giving birth to flow rate indication. 3. NRG GLOBAL MAKE By-Pass Rotameter is an Inference type flow meter. Differential pressure (DP) is created by providing an Orifice Plate in the main line. Due to the differential pressure, fluid flows through branch pipes provided across the upstream and downstream sides of the Orifice Plate. An additional Range Orifice plate is provided in the by-pass line as flow through the by-pass line will be in proportion with Main Line. • Bye pass rotameters are used for measurement of higher flow rates where using inline flow meter is not commercially or functionally not viable. • It works on the principle of measuring differential pressure created across restriction. • The construction includes an orifice plate installed between either carrier ring or orifice/pipe flanges. • The Hi/Low pressure taps of carrier ring/orifice flange/ pipe are connected to indicating Rotameter with a help of impulse tube arrangement.
