Pressure Transmitter

The diaphragm seal is a pressure-transmitting, diaphragm-type device. The pressure signal is sent to the cooperating pressure measuring device (pressure transmitter, pressure gauge) through manometric liquid filling the space between the separating diaphragm of the seal and the pressure measuring device. The diaphragm seal task is to isolate the pressure measuring device from damaging impacts caused by either medium or installation: – low or high temperature, increased viscosity, impurities; – vibrations of the installation (remote diaphragm seal). Pressure Gauge

NRG GLOBAL compound gauge is a device that can display both positive and negative (vacuum) pressures. You need to use a compound gauge when you are measuring a system that is exerting both positive and negative pressure on the gauge. Gauges are designed to measure specific types of pressure, so if you pick a simple pressure or vacuum gauge for a system that requires a compound gauge, the gauge will most likely be damaged. The exertion of negative pressure on a pressure gauge will cause damage, and likewise the exertion of positive pressure on a vacuum gauge will also damage the gauge. Pressure gauges use pounds per square inch (psi) as the unit of measure. Vacuum gauges, on the other hand, measure force in units of inches of mercury (in.Hg). Both of these measurements will be displayed on the face of a compound gauge (see the inset image). The needle in a compound gauge will move clockwise when measuring positive pressure, and counterclockwise when measuring negative pressure. Pressure Gauge

A pressure gauge measures the pressure of a gas or liquid within a system. It monitors the fluid pressure in various applications, such as automotive, aerospace, medical, and manufacturing industries. Measuring the pressure in a system is critical to ensure the consistency of a product and a measure of safety to be aware of leaks or building pressure in a system. Before specifying a pressure gauge, it is important to understand the basic principles of pressure. This article covers how pressure gauges work and how to select one for an application. Pressure Gauge

Pressure gauges are instruments designed to measure the pressure of media in a system. Measuring the pressure in your system is a critical quality step to ensure consistency of a product and safety check to be aware of leaks or building pressure in a system. Before specifying a gauge, it is important to understand the basic principles of what pressure is. Then the correct pressure gauge can be determined based on selection criteria, to accurately measure the pressure within the system. Even the best measuring equipment produces a certain deviation from the actual value. It is important to know how this measurement accuracy is defined. Digital gauges in comparison with analog ones have higher accuracy. Read our article on digital pressure gauges if you want to learn more about that type. Pressure Transmitter

sanitary pressure transmitters have a flush diaphragm which is suitable for the measurement of viscous fluids or media containing particulates that may clog the pressure connection of standard transmitters. The transmitters have piezoresistive technology which incorporates a silicon sensor. The diaphragm and wetted parts are 316L stainless steel. The stability of the silicon element allows the transmitter to be operated at a higher temperature range; at the same time this makes the zero and sensitivity thermal shifts over the whole operating temperature range of the transmitter very small. • 0...100 bar measuring ranges • 4~20mA current loop output • G1/2 - 1/2" BSP(M) process connection • Flush membrane structure without input pressure hole & cavity • Welded isolated diaphragm • High accuracy, high strength, sanitary type • Dimensions can be customized. • Gauge, absolute and sealed gauge pressure types Additional Information: Production Capacity: 100 Delivery Time: 10 days Packaging Details: export worthy packing

Manometer

Inclined Manometer Defination : Inclined Manometer : Range from 0 - 10 MM WC To 0 - 100 MM WC The is ainclined tube manometer scientific device, used to measure a very low pressure of liquid & gases. It is more suitable for measuring, very low pressure measurements or where greater accuracy is required. This inclined Tube is made by Acrylic or Plastic body.Manometer Working Principle : For measuring the pressure, one tube of the Inclined Tube Manometer forms into a reservoir & the other tube of the manometer is inclined, as per its required angle. After giving the pressure on its reservoir, which are filled with the suitable liquid, shows the changes, in the heights of the other tube or angle, of the Inclined Tube Manometer. Measuring Accuracy : The accuracy of measuring the pressure in the Inclined Tube Manometer, is easier for the Reader or end user , as he only judging or measuring, the pressure gives on its reservoir area, filled with the suitable liquid, of the Inclined Tube Manometer, which cause the liquid or Water or Mercury , to reach its require height in its single or angle tube area , of the Inclined Tube Manometer. Features : Clear, 25 mm drilled and Reamed Unbreakable acrylic block. Precision machined reservoirs and indicating column insure high accuracy. Zeroing is easy, using the sliding milky white scale, inbuilt preset spirit level for accurate mounting.

Pressure Switch

A pressure switch is a mechanical or electronic device that is activated when a certain threshold or setpoint is reached by the process fluid’s pressure. The pressure switch can differ depending on whether it consists of a bourdon tube, piston, diaphragm, or membrane that moves or deforms depending on the degree of pressure applied by the system. For example, an air pressure switch is used to maintain a constant pressure and can turn the compressor off once the tank reaches the required air pressure level. If the air pressure drops and more is required, the switch can also turn the compressor on.
