The reflex level gauge is used for the measurement of liquid level for high pressure or high temperature or toxic liquid storage tanks. The reflex level gauge has a single prism glass mounted on one side of the chamber and uses the basic optical principles of light reflection to upgrade the expression of the liquid level in the process tank. In brief, when the light strikes the area of glass covered by the liquid is allow to pass to the interior of the gauge so that the area appears dark (black). NRG GLOBAL MAKE Reflex Level Gauge use the R-form sight glasses. One side surface of Reflex Glass to use flat glass has several grooves for reflecting prism. The principle of the Reflex Glass is based on the difference in the refractive indices of liquid and gas or in particular of water and steam. Liquid level shows conspicuously dark hard colour for liquid space and light white colour for empty space. These Reflex series are not used with a mica shield. Reflex Level Gauge The Reflex Gauge is assembled firmly with gasket, reflex glass, cushion gasket and gauge cover on the body by Ubolts. Reflex Liquid Level Gauges, designed and built for a wide range of high temperature and high pressure applications. Transparent level gauge may use such as for diesel+water level, process drain+water, etc. In general, a transparent level gauge shall be used as the default choice. This is because a transparent level gauge can do what reflex level gauge does but not vice versa. The transparent level gauge is best used in the interface liquid application and also liquid which are not colorless.
